Paradox Shift Auditing Inc. “PS Audit” is an integrated, locally relevant and independent organisation specializing in audit, advisory, and consulting services. The firm has a long heritage in East London and the Eastern Cape, through its original audit firms, prior to the constitution of Paradox Shift Auditing Inc. The firm has provided auditing, advisory, and consulting services on a continious basis to various clients in the commercial and public sectors since the 1980s.

The firm finds its origins from a demerged business unit from SNG Grant Thornton in September 2020 and was formally registered as a separate company in November 2020. PS Audit was established as a traditional audit practice under the regulation of the Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors (IRBA) and the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and has developed into a multi-disciplinary professional services firm, providing various advisory and consulting services to an array of clients across different industry sectors.

In March 2022 Paradox Shift Auditing Inc became affiliated with Moore Infinity a member of the Moore Global Network and through this strategic alliance, we have managed to develop and leverage our audit methodology, Training program, Quality policies and procedures off the International Moore Network. With the support of Moore Infinity we continue to grow our service offerings to be responsive to the needs of our clients not only in East London but across the whole of South Africa. Due to alliances formed with other Moore Network firms in other countries we continue to expand our reach globally. The team is currently led by Grant Duff CA(SA), RA, CISA, MBA who has over 35 years of experience in Audit , Advisory, Information Technology, Financial Services and Commercial Banking management.
