Paradox Shift Auditing Inc. was formed in March 2021 as a separate legal entity providing Audit and Assurance services. The firm finds its origins from a demerged business unit of SNG Grant Thornton in September 2020. The business unit was originally comprised of the commercial External Audit division and the Internal Audit division of Mazars East London.

We have a long heritage in East London and the Eastern Cape, through our original audit firms, prior to the constitution of Paradox Shift Auditing Inc. The firm has thus been providing these services on a continuous basis to various clients in the commercial and public sector spheres since the 1980’s.

As an emerging firm ,we identified a partner that would allow us to remain independent while expanding the reach and scope of our services to our clients and we entered into a Management Agreement with Moore Infinity Sandton a leading auditing firm based in Gauteng and a member firm of the Moore South Africa and Moore Global Network in 2022 .

To date, Paradox Shift Audting Inc. continues to grow and expand into a leading auditing practice with professionals, trainee accountants and support staff, servicing a wide array of industry sectors.
